Cancellation

1.     Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You may request the cancellation of your order any time before it has been dispatched.
  • Groom N Glow reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion. Orders that have already been processed for dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • Upon successful cancellation, the entire order amount paid (if any) will be refunded to your original method of payment within the timelines prescribed by your bank/payment provider.

2.     How to Raise Cancellation

  • To initiate a cancellation request, you may log into your Groom N Glow account, access your order history, and select the cancellation option.
  • Alternatively, you may contact our customer care team through the details provided on the Website.

3.     Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the Website.
  • In such cases, you may choose to refuse delivery of the product at the time of delivery.
  • If you refuse delivery, the product will be returned to Groom N Glow, and any refund (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned product has been received and verified by our team.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated only after the returned product has successfully cleared quality checks.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.
  • Shipping, handling, or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Returns

Return Policy

  • Groom N Glow accepts returns only for products that are eligible under our return policy.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags, seals, and labels intact.
  • Note: Certain items, such as personal care, hygiene, and cosmetic products, may not be eligible for return once opened or used, due to safety and health regulations. The list of non-returnable items (if applicable) shall be made available on the Website.

How Does the Return Process Work?

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery, by logging into your Groom N Glow account or by contacting our customer care team.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection. Approval of the return is subject to the product clearing this inspection.
  • If approved, you may be eligible for either a replacement or a refund, as per the terms stated herein.
  • Products returned without following the proper return process may not be accepted, and Groom N Glow shall not be liable for any such unaccepted returns.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must notify Groom N Glow within 24 hours of delivery. Any delay in notifying us may result in rejection of the return or replacement request.
  • You may be required to share images or videos of the product and its packaging as proof of the issue.
  • Groom N Glow reserves the right to verify the claim before approving the return or replacement.
  • In case of a valid claim, a replacement product will be provided (subject to availability). If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Eligibility of Refund

  • Once your cancellation request (before shipment) has been approved, or in case of any failed/dropped order where payment was deducted, the refund will be processed automatically.

How Will I Get Refunded?

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, wallet).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (where applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or another method communicated by our customer care team. You must provide valid bank account details for processing COD refunds.
  • In all cases, you will be notified via email/SMS once your refund has been initiated.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or wallet provider, but typically it takes 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Groom N Glow shall not be responsible for delays in refund processing caused by third-party payment providers.
