All orders placed on Groom N Glow are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2.     Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery. Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping method and location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, or strikes).

3.     Shipping Charges

  • Groom N Glow offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
  • The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden charges.
  • Any additional charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • We believe in keeping your shopping experience simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

4.     Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS. You can track your order status using the tracking link provided.

5.     Packaging

  • All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
  • We use eco-friendly and sustainable packaging materials wherever possible.
  • Fragile items are double-packed to avoid damage during transit.

6.     Delivery Issues

If your order is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact our Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist in resolving the issue or arranging a replacement/refund as per our policies.

7.     Incorrect Delivery Details

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including address, phone number, and PIN code.
  • Groom N Glow is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • In case of incorrect delivery details, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

8.     Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to Groom N Glow.
  • Customers are responsible for contacting Support Service to arrange redelivery or alternative delivery instructions.
  • Return shipping charges may apply as per our policy.

9.     International Shipping

Currently, Groom N Glow does not offer international shipping.
